Halcyon, a British company that reimagines classic cars as electric versions, has announced a convertible Rolls-Royce Corniche EV restomod.
But unlike the 1970s classic, the Corniche by Halcyon replaces its V-8 powertrain with a fully electric one. Halcyon developed an 800-volt battery in collaboration with Evice Technologies, promising 500 horsepower and a 400 km range.

Halcyon will build only 60 units, each featuring adaptive suspension and regenerative braking with a selection of driving modes to suit all driver preferences.
Meanwhile, the cabin includes various modern conveniences, such as cruise control, heated and ventilated seats, a custom audio system, and Apple CarPlay behind a discreet display.

Halcyon officially unveiled the Rolls-Royce Corniche EV at the Hampton Court Palace Concours of Elegance, which took place last weekend, from September 5 to 7.
The starting price of the vehicle is £420,000, but buyers will have to wait 12 months to receive it, with deliveries scheduled for late 2026.
